Don't forget my ebook The Health Revolution" It's a great reference for much more detail than is on this web site.
Additional Books on Various Subjects
I am indebted to Sandy Hughes of the allergy net. She has compiled and provided the following list. I have not read many of these books, and have to state that any listing here does not constitute a "recommendation" in any way. I do heartily recommend the above books, and those below I have marked with a red asterisk. There are also a few below that I have read, but cannot recommend, but in fairness, I have listed them.
Patch Adams
- Gesundheit - This is by the man the movie "Patch Adams" was about. He's my kind of MD from what I saw in the movie. I have not yet read this one, but I will.

- "Is This Your Child?" - $12.00
- "Is This Your Child's World?" - $25.00

William Sears, MD and Lynda Thompson, PhD*
Marcia Zimmerman, CN*
- The ADD Nutrition Solution
Russell L. Blaylock, M.D *
- Excitotoxins, the Taste that Kills - about MSG and Aspartame. If you are interested in this subject - try the archives of the allergy net (see chat and discussion nets resource page.) Lots more there. I stopped using any aspartame (Nutrisweet) products months ago, and I found my memory improving dramatically within weeks.

R. C. Atkins, MD
- Dr. Atkin's Vita-Nutrient Solution: Nature's answer to drugs
A reference book on the use of nutrients in place of pharmaceutical
drugs. Dr. Atkins, known as a diet doctor, is really a cardiologist with a clinic in New York. The book is very readable plus he's a
practicing physician who uses nutrients and speaks from research and
extensive experience unlike many authors. He accepts chemical sensitivities; there are a few references as to what might help (i.e. molybdenum, pantethine).
Peter Bennett, ND and Stephen Barrie, ND
- 7 Day DeTox Miracle - Bennett's speciality is immune diseases and Barrie founded Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab. Very informative regarding environmental toxins.
Herbert Benson, M.D.
- Timeless Healing - He also wrote a book I read many years ago that describes a "relaxation response" somewhat similar to my Relaxation Technique. Both are "borrowed" from hypnotic phenomena.
Neil T. Anderson
- Victory Over the Darkness. Help change thought patterns
related to depression and negative thinking patterns.
Anthony J Cichoke, MD
- Complete Book of Enzyme Therapy - information on the benefits of enzymes and the problems when they are heated over 104 degrees F.
