• Prescription DrugsThis one should be bookmarked by virtually everybody.  You can easily look up any drug, medication, vitamin, herb, etc., and find out what side effects are likely, and some interactions with other drugs.  When I used to do a radio talk show, I told all listeners to go to the library before the drugstore when they got a prescription, and look up that prescriptions in the Physcians Desk Reference (PDR - in every libary reference section) FIRST! MD's hated me for this.

• Orthomolecular Medical Society This is the Journal of the Society, and this site offers several services free and for sale, including a free issue of an Orthomolecular Journal.

• American Academy of Environmental Medicine This is a group of over 400 physicians that practice "modern" allergy testing such as EPT (End-Point Testing) that Dr. Von Hilsheimer and I pioneered in Orlando Florida, in 1981. EPT is completely described in my book,The Health Revolution. It's still the best technique for both testing and treating allergies.  Also, much more good free information.

• Alternate Health Service Providers List- - A list of clinicians who practice alternate health therapies.

• SelfGrowth.com- - SelfGrowth.com is the most complete guide to information about Self Improvement, Personal Growth and Self Help on the Internet. It is designed to be an organized directory, with articles and references to thousands of other Web Sites on the World Wide Web.

• The information About Influenza flu virus ,Flu season, Types of influenza, Prevention & Treatment, flu symptoms.<

• National Institute of Health. This is a sub section of NIH that is funded to research alternative medical therapies and approaches.  There's a lot of data, and it's paid for by our tax monies.

• American Environmental Health Foundation. Articles on chemical sensitivity that are available to read on-line or print out on your computer. 3 years of abstracts from Dr. Rea's International Symposium, large section on Indoor Air Quality in Schools, least toxic cleaning products, etc. 

• Holistic Medicine This is a site offering a lot of good information on holistic therapy.  Orthomolecular therapy and Holistic Therapy are very similar.  Orthomolecular therapy was concentrated initially on mental problems, following Hoffer/Osmond research on niacin for schizophrenia.  The holistic movement was originally more physical.  Now, both are in both areas, and both have a lot of information helpful to anyone.

• Aging Resources - aging related news, books and web resources.

• The Association for Comprehensive NeuroTherapy (ACN) is dedicated to exploring advanced and complementary treatments for neurological conditions. We are presently focusing on autism, Tourette syndrome, attention deficit disorder/hyperactivity, and learning disabilities". An article by Dr. Hoffer about TS is in one of Latitude's back issues!

• National Mental Health Association (NMHA)

• Schizophrenia.com. This is a site devoted to this disease.  It has chat rooms, discussion groups, newsgroups, etc.

• ADD/ADHD and Hyperactivity. A new biofeedback technique that can solve these problems either with or without allergy treatment, and it involves no dangerous drugs such as Ritalin (illegal as a street drug).

• ACAAI. This is a page of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.  While I do not agree with some of what they say (as it is 20 years behind the science as usual), there is useful information there.

• Health Insurance Quotes Finder.  This is a website to help people find health insurance (as well as other insurances) at lowest cost. You can get five quotes on what you need in insurance.
