These web pages are being updated constantly as I find more resources to help people to get better and to stay better. Prescription Drugs. This site has a data base that gives you an essential list of drugs, side-effects, etc It's similar to the Physicians Desk Reference, and it's free. On my radio talk show, I continually reminded listeners to go to their library BEFORE the drugstore, and find out the side-effects of whatever the MD prescribed. Needless to say, the local MD's weren't happy.

Books. These are some of the books I learned from. I've picked those that are easily understandable by a layman in general. All are good.

ADD. ADHD, and Autism Resources A good list to wade thru for those with ADD/ADHD problems.

Professional Sources. A listing of many professional society and similar sites with free information about many diseases and treatments. All have some type of vested interest, so information should be taken with at least a grain of salt, but there's a lot of very good free info there.

Allergy Sources. These are listings specializing in allergy testing and help.

General Health Resources. This is a list of all types of web sites that have free advice on all health subjects. Some good, some bad!!
